Arrangements for Open Meeting September 16th 2020
Open Meeting September 16th 2020 – 7.30pm
Charing Cross Centre, Norwich
Information for group supporters
We have provisionally booked the next open meeting at the Charing Cross Centre.
A formal risk assessment has been carried out by the Centre and the following procedures for the meeting are proposed.
Access
A member will be at the main entrance to welcome and give directions.
A one-way circulation route around the building is in place and hand sanitiser positions have been installed.
Toilets and public space surfaces will be cleaned before each use.
Venue
The larger First Floor meeting room will be used.
This has a capacity of 12 people with social distancing.
It is an internal room but with roof light ventilators that can be used.
Face masks
It is suggested that people wear face masks except when speaking.
Limited Numbers
Because of the low number limit please let the chair (DavidBissonnet@gmail.com) know by Friday 5th Sept whether you intend to come to the meeting.
If there is a greater number of responses than the number limit it will be on first response basis and we will let everyone know.
